Our hearts are tender. It’s been a (beyond) difficult two years.
And though we long for life “as normal,” life will never be the same as March 2020. That world is gone, which is a huge loss that most of us haven’t fully grieved.
So, if you don't feel as happy as you should given the pandemic is shifting and spring is arriving, it’s okay!
We’re each finding our feet, our new ground. It’s okay to not be okay.
What seems important: Accepting the reality of this new life (grieving the losses) and opening to the possibilities it holds.
We’re collectively coming out of a cocoon. Disoriented perhaps, but also filled with potential.
This is a transformative time. If we keep our hearts open (in the messiness!), we can grow and thrive in ways we haven’t yet imagined.
We can create community (just like these bluebells) in beautiful, brave ways.
