With Spark Sessions, you learn to listen to yourself, love yourself, and live a more authentic, joyful life.
Here’s how it works:
You get an hour session with Joy via Zoom, so you can easily schedule a Spark in your day.
Within each session, you receive a grounding meditation from Joy, so that your mind can settle and you can listen inward.
You also receive a second guided meditation unique to you and your circumstances, so you can drop beneath the mind chatter and activate insight and healing.
Throughout the session, you have confidential space to share what’s “up” for you; to be seen and heard from someone outside your inner circle, so you gain fresh perspective and investigate deeper questions.
After the session, you get an email with summary notes, pertinent resources, and everyday action steps, so you have an accessible path forward.
Spark sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or just once—you receive Joy’s expert guidance while listening to your inner wisdom, so you’re empowered to choose.
Spark Sessions are based on your needs. I’ve worked with long-term clients on deep healing; I’ve guided folks who need a one-time boost; I’ve assisted others who want to start (and maintain) a mindfulness practice; and I’ve coached people who want a monthly check-in.
Hi, my name is Joy. I’m a mindfulness coach working with clients to create lasting change in their lives. After seeing so many people struggle with a feeling of “not enough”—I’ve felt this, too!—I created the Spark Session program to empower people’s inner nurturer and ignite their internal spark.

Meditation experience is not required. I guide the reflections, so they’re easy to follow. You get to practice mindfulness in accessible ways. Spark Sessions will still work for you!

When you schedule, you’ll get the Zoom link, and you’ll receive a reminder on the day of your session. During our session, you’ll move between meditation and conversation. Use whatever device is easiest for you. Show up just as you are!
