Refuge Space includes guided meditation and journal writing, as well as movement and stretching—things you don’t make time for in daily life. Within an hour, you can restore and ground; you can come home to yourself.

You show up just as you are! (No meditation experience required.)
Theme for November Refuge Space
Marketing and advertising want us to believe in scarcity—not enough time or money or beauty. Yet when we pause to look at our lives, we’re surrounded by abundance. It may not be glittery or exotic, but everyday abundance surrounds you. In this session, you’ll reconnect with the vibrancy, fullness, and flow of your life. Your heart will soften and rest in a place of abundance.

No meditation experience needed! I guide the mindfulness practices. It’s easier to meditate with a guiding teacher and supportive group.

Your camera can be on or off—you choose! Refuge Space lets you show up just as you are. At the end of each session, I invite community sharing via the chat, but it’s not required. Participate or observe—both are welcome.
