Intentional Laughter Practice

I recently read a proverb, "If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy." I want to add more...

  • If you are too pissed off to laugh, then you are too pissed off.

  • If you are too stressed to laugh, then you are too stressed.

  • If you are too sad to laugh, then you are too sad.

Laughter is a clue. If it comes naturally, we're in an open state. If it's difficult or forced, we have information: something is restricting our mind-heart-body. How can we make a shift?

Laughter is powerful medicine. And we can intentionally practice. Allow yourself some lightness. Watch this short video:
