Joy’s March Momentum program helped me get through what I feel is the hardest month of winter. I anticipated the email message each day and found nuggets of wisdom in each one. I revisit the meditations whenever I need to add intention to my day.

Here’s how march Momentum works…

  • During the month of March, messages are delivered to your inbox, so you begin each day with inspiration.

  • The format varies —photograph, poem, meditation, journal prompt, or hopeful story—so the material feels fresh and you feel motivated.

  • The ideas are not cumulative, so when life interrupts you can easily begin again.

  • Unlike the news, Momentum is an uplifting channel, so you’re reminded of what’s good in the world.

  • Each email includes a small, accessible theme, so you can integrate mindfulness into daily life.

  • You get free entry into March Refuge Space, so you can restore and ground, and experience these practices.

Momentum includes Refuge Space, March 20, 7-8p Central Time

By living March with intention, you enter spring with more energy, creativity, and presence.

I’ve been intending to practice mindfulness for years. March Momentum was the daily reminder and reset, the gift that I needed to plant its roots. I now have greater acceptance and a wider embrace of my humanness and have felt the truth that small changes can be deeply beneficial. Joy’s messages, others’ poetry which she shared, and the soothing gift of her voice in short meditations provided sacred beginnings to my days.
