Join me for 4 weeks of meditation to calm your system.

Here’s how election ease works…

  • Joy guides these meditations, so you receive instruction and support from an expert teacher (no meditation experience needed!).

  • Each meditation is only 30 minutes, so you can easily fit it into your week.

  • The sessions are held via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.

  • Sessions are spread over four weeks—Oct 22, Oct 29, Nov 5, Nov 12—so the positive impact will grow.

  • The meditations have different themes—grounding, loving-kindness, balance, moving forward—so you have a toolbox of practices.

  • Each session is recorded, so you can listen to the meditation again throughout the week.

  • You’re part of an intentional community, so you feel empowered and connected.

  • All meditations are recorded and posted on my website. If you miss a session, you can listen at a time that's convenient for you!

  • No meditation experience needed! I guide the practices. You're in good hands. Show up just as you are.

  • You can have your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable to you. You have permission to simply show up. No expectations to talk or share. By showing up (just as you are), you provide intentional energy for the group.
