A three-week journey with wonder, presence, and joy

Awe—experiencing something vast and mysterious that transcends your understanding of the world—feeds your wellbeing and elongates your life.

Awe quiets rumination, worry, and self-criticism while strengthening perspective and connection. When in awe, your problems fade away. You feel small yet not insignificant—you’re part of something much bigger and more beautiful.

Awe feels good. And it can be experienced in small, everyday ways.

Through the Awakening Awe class you will micro-dose moments of wonder and joy. Within three weeks, you’ll shift your perspective and feel more happiness and ease.

Class Basics

  • Three 75-minute class sessions via Zoom.

  • Each class includes guided meditation and writing exercises that awaken awe.

  • After each class, you receive a detailed email with practices to cultivate awe—practices you can fit into busy daily life.

  • Registration is limited to 15 people, so you share awe experiences within community.

Joy’s teaching is authentic, joyful, and accessible for all levels of practitioners. She brings a sense of wonder and wisdom to daily life and provides practical, easy tips for everyday mindfulness. If you’re even a tiny bit curious about mindfulness, take a class with Joy. You’ll be grateful.
