Awakening Awe
Change your perspective in three weeks—experience more wonder, ease, and joy
January 8, 15, and 22—7-8:15 pm Central Time
Awe—experiencing something vast and mysterious that transcends your understanding of the world—feeds your wellbeing and elongates your life.
Awe quiets rumination, worry, and self-criticism and strengthens perspective and connection.
Awe feels good, and it can be experienced in small, everyday ways.
my Awakening Awe class helps you…
Here’s what’s included…
Two live sessions—January 8 and 22—solely for Awakening Awe participants, so you feel the support of a trusted community.
January 15 Refuge Space—dedicated to awe—so you expand your community and experience new exercises.
Here’s how the awe sessions work…
We meet via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere.
Each class includes teaching, guided meditation, and expressive writing, so you access awe through multiple avenues.
After each class, you receive a detailed email with ways to cultivate everyday awe, so you can easily fit the practices into daily life.
Because we meet three weeks in a row, you can establish the mindfulness practice you’ve always wanted.
The sessions are recorded, so if you miss class, you still receive the benefits.
Hi! My name is Joy. As a mindfulness teacher, I help people who struggle with anxiety, exhaustion, and busyness to slow down and savor life.
I’ve been learning about (and cultivating!) awe in my own life. It’s made a big difference.
I’m excited to bring awe practice to you! When in awe, your problems fade away. You feel small yet not insignificant—you’re part of something bigger and more beautiful.
