Burnout and Meditation

Recently, I was interviewed by Kelly Bubolz, who has a burnout-prevention podcast. We had a great discussion about burnout, meditation, and everyday mindfulness tips (keep it doable!).

When you’re in a place of burnout and exhaustion, it’s hard to know where to start. And meditation can feel like a big ask.

I’m realistic. Life is stressful and busy! Y’all need practices that help yet don’t require extra effort.
